It straps comfortably to the arm and stays in place when running/working out. The only downside (and it may not really be a downside) is that it is hard to get the iPod out of the sleeve when you are done working out; this may not be a downside though because it ensures that it will not fall out while running/working out, so take it as you will. Overall I am very happy with this product and would not hesitate to recommend it to others!
